Before you proceed, please understand:
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
- This action cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all your warranties, receipts, and documents
- If you have an active premium subscription, it will be cancelled
- No refunds will be issued for any active premium subscriptions or lifetime purchases
- Deletion typically takes 30 days to complete
What Data Will Be Deleted?
All of the following will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, name, profile)
- All warranty records (product names, brands, dates, prices)
- All uploaded receipts and warranty documents (images and PDFs)
- Reminder settings and notifications
- Subscription and payment history
- Usage analytics and app preferences
- Any other data associated with your account
How to Delete Your Account

From the App
Open WarrantyTrackr app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Send a deletion request to support@verocity.ai with your registered email address

Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours

Deletion Complete
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request
Required Information
To process your deletion request, please provide:
- Your registered email address
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account
- Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
Data Retention Period
After you request account deletion:
- 30 days: Your account will be deactivated immediately but data retained for recovery
- After 30 days: All your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
- Backups: Data in system backups will be deleted within 90 days
- Legal requirements: Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes)
Alternative: Temporary Account Deactivation
If you're not sure about permanent deletion, consider:
- Simply logging out and not using the app
- Exporting your data first (Premium feature)
- Cancelling your subscription without deleting your account
You can always come back anytime without losing your data!
